Terms of Service
Version 1.1 · effective October 10, 2026
In short
- Storia is in beta: access is by invitation and free, with usage limits.
- Your content is yours. We process it only to provide the service.
- What the AI generates can contain mistakes: review it before publishing. Storia publishes nothing without an action from you.
- If we ever charge, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your acceptance.
01What Storia is
Storia is a tool to go from an idea to a published article: you capture ideas in writing or by voice, the AI generates a draft in your brand's voice, you edit it and Storia opens a Pull Request in your blog's repository or sends a post to LinkedIn through Make.com. The service is provided by Storia. By creating your account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
02The beta
- Access is by invitation and free while the beta lasts, for the period stated in your invitation.
- The beta plan has limits: one brand, one seat and an AI usage cap per period. You can see your usage in the app.
- It is a version in development: some features may change, fail or be removed. We will tell you about important changes.
- We may end the beta with at least 30 days' notice, so you can export your content.
03Your account
- You must be over 18 and provide truthful information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to us.
- The account is personal: don't share it.
04Your content
Everything you write, record or upload remains yours. You allow us to store it, process it and send it to the services you use through Storia (the AI when you generate a draft or transcribe, GitHub or Make.com when you publish) for the sole purpose of providing the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
05AI-generated content
- Drafts and transcripts are generated by an AI model and can contain mistakes, inaccuracies or incorrect code.
- Always review the result before publishing it. Storia publishes nothing on its own: the article reaches your blog only when you merge the Pull Request, and LinkedIn only when you send it.
- You are responsible for what you decide to publish.
06Third-party services
To publish, you connect your own GitHub and Make.com accounts (and, from Make.com, LinkedIn). Those services have their own terms, which you must follow. We don't control their availability or their changes. You can disconnect them at any time from the app.
07Acceptable use
You may not use Storia to:
- publish illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights or that incites hatred or violence;
- send spam or misleading content;
- try to access other people's accounts or workspaces, or break the security of the service;
- get around usage limits or resell access.
08Suspension and termination
- We may block an account that breaches these terms. Except in urgent cases, we will warn you first and tell you why.
- You can close your account at any time. Before that, you can request a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy.
09Price
There is no payment gateway today and the beta is free. If paid plans exist later, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your express acceptance.
10Liability
During the beta the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from content you published. None of this limits the rights Chilean law grants you that cannot be waived.
11Changes to these terms
If we change these terms substantially, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. Every version is recorded with its date.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
